Electronic Claim Files

How to sign up for ChiroTrack®

ChiroTrack® was designed to streamline the claim filing process and is free for all CNC providers. Once you are credentialed as a CNC provider, you will send all primary claims electronically through ChiroTrack®.

CNC will assist you in setting up your ChiroTrack® account . You will be able to file all CNC claims electronically with the exception of the claims listed below. These exceptions are currently mailed to CNC on a CMS 1500 claim form as the payors cannot yet accept these claims electronically. Once your CNC Provider Rep has contacted you to introduce you to CNC, a CNC ChiroTrack® Representative will contact your office to get started with the ChiroTrack® setup process.

Here is an overview of the setup process:

  • A ChiroTrack® Rep contacts your office and, if necessary, schedules time for a conference call.  We recommend that all billing persons, including the provider, if available, be present on the conference call. It is very important for the provider and all staff members assisting with billing, be present on the conference call so that ALL may learn how to file CNC claims electronically.


  • If a conference call is scheduled, a CNC ChiroTrack® Rep will connect to your office computer to assist your office with creating and transmitting a test file to CNC. In order to assist your office better, please CLICK HERE to review the list of claims CNC will need to accurately set up your custom account.
  • A test file is generated from your practice management software and uploaded to the ChiroTrack® system.
  • CNC then uses your test file to build a custom account for ChiroTrack®. This process usually takes 3-5 business days.
  • CNC will contact your office with testing results and/or confirmation that you are ready to file all CNC claims electronically through ChiroTrack®.

Please Note: During your ChiroTrack® testing phase, you may continue to see CNC patients but will need to hold your claims until your ChiroTrack® account is ready. Once your testing has been completed, your ChiroTrack® Rep will contact you so that you know when you can begin submitting your CNC claims.
